The Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating our extensibility framework, allowing us to easily integrate regional and 3rd party applications into our travel platform. The vision of the FCM Platform is to create a marketplace for customers and 3rd parties to develop applications that enhance and extend the core capabilities.

• Create an extensibility framework: defining the processes and technologies to support the marketplace vision

• You will leverage on the Partnership Manager who manages all the commercial opportunities with the 3rd parties.

• You will ideate and investigate until there is enough context to clearly define what we want to build, taking as an input all the previous opportunities commented.

• You will work with the technical product owner to deliver all these features, planning and sizing them.

• You will work with the other Product managers, Operations, Product Marketing and Product Delivery to ensure successful go to market for any new developments.

• You will manage the lifecycle of products and features within the FCM platform.

• You help contribute to setting the product strategy based on business objectives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Definition or Business Analyst in a highly technical environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven track record of making data driven decisions and testing theories before committing.

• Strong background in user centred design and user research.

• Experience in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

• "Can do" attitude is mandatory.

• Fluent in English; Spanish or Greek is a plus.

• Knowledge of APIs (REST, graphQL) and API Platform (Postman) is desired.

• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
